70 Sir!

I remember those were among the first words drilled into our cranium during Plebe Summer of 1966. And here I am on board  70 herself, CVN 70, the now world famous US aircraft carrier, USS Carl Vinson, during a special tour arranged by the US Ambassador when the carrier made a port visit in Manila. I took the whole family with me, my wife Natty, my kids Rico & his wife Belle and my daughter Guada and her hubby Mike and all our grandkids RV, Mikee, Yeye, Erika and even four-year old Robby. It was a big treat for them being on board a mammoth man of war, especially with the ship's Osama Bin Laden fame.
